HOW TO TAKE THE TEST:
1) Each question, unless otherwise specified, has four possible answers:
a. Yes or "more yes than no"
b. Perhaps, not sure
c. No or "more no than yes"
d. I prefer not to answer this question
2) Answer each question with only one response.
3) Please note that there is no “correct way” to answer the questionnaire. Even an answer that might seem incorrect could actually highlight a particular characteristic. For example:
Question:
"Do you get along with all your colleagues?"
- The answer YES might indicate a person who enjoys working in a team.
- The answer NO might highlight a person with the ability to create change or innovate company procedures.
In either case, neither answer is wrong. Therefore, try to respond realistically.
4) When answering the questionnaire, you should respond based on how you actually behave in the situation described,
rather than how you have learned you should behave. For example, if the questionnaire asks:
"Does bad news have the power to discourage you?"
Considering various courses they may have attended, a person might answer “no,” having learned that a successful individual shouldn’t let bad news discourage them. However, if they observe how they truly behave in reality, they might realize that sometimes, in fact, they do get discouraged. In this case, the correct answer would be
MAYBE.
Therefore, try to answer based on how you really behave rather than how you think one should behave in such circumstances.
The questionnaire includes mechanisms to detect answers that are too far from reality. If there are too many such answers, you may be asked to complete it again.
5) When the questionnaire asks about work, consider your current job. If you are not employed at the moment, think about the last job you had.
6) The questionnaire allows the option not to answer a question. Occasionally using this option will not invalidate the results. However, excessive use of it may lead to a questionnaire with unreliable results. If you prefer not to answer one or more questions, you can do so by selecting response
b. Be aware that an excessive number of “Maybe” responses could invalidate the results of the questionnaire (though a few are fine).
We thank you for your cooperation.
